My Story: From Survivor to Guide – A Journey of Healing and Empowerment

My journey began with hardship. A rough childhood marked by abandonment, the early loss of my father, and the deep scars left by these events led me to grapple with feelings of worthlessness and develop inner saboteurs that seemed impossible to silence. I felt the weight of being an empath without boundaries, constantly absorbing the world's pain while battling my own. But even in the darkest moments, a spark of resilience drove me to seek something beyond survival.

Over the past 25 years, that spark ignited into a full-blown healing journey. I studied psychology and immersed myself in the depths of self-discovery, learning to untangle the patterns that held me back. I found the tools to understand and heal my wounds, to recognize my worth, and to build the boundaries I had never been taught. Piece by piece, I shifted from feeling like a victim of my past to embracing the powerful role of a victor.

Today, I am here for others walking their own healing paths. I know the struggle, the resilience it takes, and the triumphs waiting on the other side. As a coach, I bring the empathy of someone who has lived through pain and the knowledge of someone who has overcome it. I believe healing is a journey we all deserve to experience, and more than that—we deserve to celebrate it.

DBT combines cognitive-behavioral techniques with mindfulness practices, helping individuals learn to tolerate distress, regulate their emotions, improve interpersonal relationships, and develop skills for managing crises.
